RETURNS:
We will always do our best to amend any issues that may apply. So please do get in touch if your item is not as expected. Great care is given in the production of all handmade items to ensure safety and security, therefore faults to an item are taken very seriously and will need to be discussed before further action via email.
If an item arrives damaged/broken/incorrect then contact us within 24 hours of arrival to arrange amendments.
We will do our best to repair any damages after the item is safely returned to us within 28 days from delivery. If a full refund is required, then you must request this within 14 days of delivery and return the item within 28 days. Refunds will only be accepted on items due to a manufacturing error. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and for ensuring the safety and security of the item. If the item is not returned in its original condition, we may not be able to offer a full refund.
EXCHANGES:
If you wish to exchange an item, for example a gift, this must be requested within 28 days from delivery. Not all items will be eligible so please email us to negotiate any issue than may occur. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and for ensuring the safety and security of the item. If the item is not returned in its original condition, we may not be able to offer a full refund.
